The Executive Presentation Specialist is a visual communication expert responsible for translating complex ideas, data, and strategies into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations tailored for executive-level audiences. This role requires a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and senior leadership. The Executive Presentation Specialist will: Partner with leaders and executives, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to understand presentation goals, refine messaging, and develop a cohesive visual narrative. Conceptualize, design, and format high-quality presentations using presentation software like Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint. Transform complex data and technical information into easy-to-understand visual elements, including charts, graphs, infographics, and diagrams. Ensure all presentation materials strictly adhere to corporate branding guidelines and maintain a professional, consistent visual identity across all deliverables. Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, planning and meeting deadlines, and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining design integrity. Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and layout errors to ensure flawless, error-free content. Stay updated on the latest presentation design trends, software advancements (including artificial intelligence and data visualization tools), and effective storytelling techniques to enhance presentation quality and engagement. Note: in the interview process, be prepared to show Executive-level Google Slides presentations with some complexitites
