About The Position
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization. Lyft is looking for a dynamic, talented Driver Specialist, Driver Community to serve as the face of Lyft to the driver community in Los Angeles and the surrounding regions. Driver Specialists will connect with drivers in-person and virtually, enhance Lyft's ability to maintain consistent two-way communication, and create opportunities to recognize drivers. Creating a feeling of community and sense of belonging for Lyft drivers is essential to success in this role.
