About The Position

The Digital Shelf Specialist supports the briefing, execution and syndication of best-in-class and accurate product-content for Nestlé Health Science (NHS) brands to help deliver growth and performance goals across eRetailers. This role partners with cross-functional teams and agencies to implement digital shelf strategy and best practices that put NHS products at the top of retailers' recommendations and in consumers' carts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in eCommerce and digital shelf, partnering with agencies and retail partners.
  • Experience in collaborating with CPG brands and agencies to gain a deep understanding of their brand needs and effectively represent their products on digital platforms.
  • Vitamins, Minerals, Herbals, Supplements eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Experience with project management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, syndication, and performance of consumer-facing eContent and backend product information.
  • Identify drivers of digital shelf performance across retailers and categories. Measure and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track all new product launches, product listing optimizations, and packaging/content changes and ensure relevant/updated content is available and syndicated to e-retailers in a timely manner.
  • Applies quarterly digital shelf learnings to categories, collaborating with eCommerce Sales and Brands to propose, approve and implement actions and next steps in a timely manner.
  • Educate stakeholders on best practices and executional excellence.
  • Co-create best practice guidelines and templates for eContent with retailers. Work closely with agencies and internal teams to develop the right content by brand and retailer for new and existing items to meet best practice guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as required.
