Delta is on a journey to become a world-class retailer, changing the way Delta can sell and service flight and ancillary products and improve the customer experience. To achieve this goal, we need to ensure Delta makes the right products available at the right price points to its customers. To make informed decisions on what price we should sell our products at, Delta has an internally developed demand forecast and inventory optimization engine that is leveraged by our Revenue Management teams to optimize Delta's passenger revenue. Enterprise Solutions' (ES) Revenue Enablement team is seeking a Specialist to work cross-functionally with Delta's Commercial and IT teams. This role will involve becoming a subject matter expert in the Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization space, as well as driving innovation in some of Delta's core commercial systems.
