About The Position

We are hiring a Specialist, Dealer Support to join our Order Fulfillment team! DISCOVER Watkins Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Support Specialist to manage a high‑value portfolio of dealer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for a designated brand and/or dealer group. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of dealer orders from placement through production, financing, and shipment — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional partner experience. This position manages a book of business exceeding $40M annually, requiring strong expertise in order management, logistics, financial coordination, and relationship building. You’ll also support the broader Dealer Support team through training, mentoring, and operational problem solving. Requirements
