About The Position

When not in the field, our Sales associates are expected to collaborate with the team from the assigned office location , What you’ll do: Your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners. COMPENSATION OFFERED: Our Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales Manager earns between $49,500 - $74,300 & $20,000 in Sales Target Incentive. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related sales experience.
