About The Position

The Data Analytics Specialist role involves formulate and implement solutions that will leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and improve business processes. This includes partnering and coordinate with stakeholders from Region North America, IT (Head Quarter) and potentially departments of other Regions to establish data-driven metrics, supporting strategic planning efforts and contributing to the organization's goals with minimum or zero supervision. The specialist utilizes its advanced knowledge in analytical techniques to extract insights from data, ultimately aiming to solve issues identified and enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Additionally, part of its role involves create documentation, conduct training, and support internal customers ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to effectively utilize data-driven insights in their decision-making processes. With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies. In the Liner Shipping segment, the Company has around 14,000 employees and 400 offices in 140 countries.
