About The Position

Position Overview: Arrow International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Compliance Specialist to join our rapidly evolving team in the gaming industry. The Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards, while also fostering a culture of compliance among our employees. This is an on-site role located at Arrow International's Lancaster, Ohio location.

Requirements

Previous experience in compliance within the gaming industry preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing insights on Compliance matters.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization, implementing compliance programs as needed to address identified risks.
Compliance Guidance: Provide guidance to employees on compliance matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Compliance Training and Education: Administer the Company’s Compliance Training and Education Program, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training on compliance-related topics.
Affiliate Compliance Integration: Assist with the affiliate Compliance integration process, ensuring seamless integration of compliance procedures and standards.
Compliance Materials Distribution: Prepare and distribute various Compliance materials and resources to employees to facilitate awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
Compliance Investigations: Conduct or assist with Compliance investigations as needed, ensuring thorough and timely resolution of compliance issues.
Compliance Advice: Render Compliance advice throughout the organization, exercising discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing useful insights on Compliance matters.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by completing other tasks/projects as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
