About The Position

Arrow International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Compliance Specialist to join our rapidly evolving team in the gaming industry. The Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Lancaster Bingo Company, LCC ("LBC") and the rest of our organization comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards, while also fostering a culture of compliance among our employees. This is an on-site role located at Arrow International's Lancaster, Ohio location and will report up to Arrow's Compliance Team in Cleveland, Ohio.

Requirements

Previous experience in compliance within the gaming industry preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing insights on Compliance matters.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Ability to travel to Cleveland, Ohio and LBC’s other locations on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Licensing Compliance: Review and confirmation of customer and supplier licensing to ensure compliance with licensing requirements in all the states where LBC does business.
Responsible for maintaining proper licensing records on LBC’s internal accounting systems and responding to routine requests from regulators.
Compliance Reporting: Review and/or file LBC’s ongoing compliance reports with state regulators, with direction and oversight from Arrow’s Compliance Team.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and assess compliance risks within LBC, implementing compliance programs as needed to address identified risks.
Compliance Guidance: Provide guidance to LBC employees on compliance matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Compliance Training and Education: Administer the LBC's Compliance Training and Education Program, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training on compliance-related topics.
Compliance Integration: Assist with the affiliate Compliance integration process, ensuring seamless integration of compliance procedures and standards.
Compliance Materials Distribution: Prepare and distribute various Compliance materials and resources to LBC employees to facilitate awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
Compliance Investigations: Conduct or assist with Compliance investigations at LBC as needed, ensuring thorough and timely resolution of compliance issues.
Compliance Advice: Render Compliance advice throughout the organization, exercising discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing useful insights on Compliance matters.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by completing other tasks/projects as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment within LBC and Arrow's Compliance Team.
