About The Position

The Specialist, Club Member Services at the Los Angeles Rams is responsible for providing a world-class experience for Rams Club Season Ticket Members. This role focuses on relationship building, utilizing CRM tools, and implementing member engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. The Specialist will manage a defined group of members, ensuring exceptional service and support during gamedays and events, while contributing to the overall success of the Club Services team.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or graduate degree.
• A minimum of two years of experience in premium service or sales, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online survey tools.
• Experience using Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft/Salesforce CRM.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Passion for working in the NFL and interacting with fans.

Responsibilities

• Successfully meet retention goals by proactively offering benefits and fostering Member loyalty.
• Manage client touchpoint plan including phone calls, emails, texts, and in-stadium interactions.
• Proactively communicate with Club Season Ticket Members, being an expert on all products and services.
• Assist during gamedays to ensure an exceptional experience for all ticketed guests.
• Help organize and manage Season Ticket Member events, including setup and operations.
• Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth account transitions to the Club Service team.
• Accurately enter touchpoints and client profile information in the CRM system for reporting purposes.
• Meet periodically with the manager to provide updates on service activity and account management.
• Assist in creating the client communication strategy and monitor external communication channels.

Benefits

• Salary range of $66,600 - $69,000 per year.
