About The Position

The Specialist, Club Member Services role at the Los Angeles Rams focuses on providing exceptional year-round experiences for Club Season Ticket Members. This position emphasizes proactive relationship building, utilizing CRM tools and member data to enhance engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a background in customer service or sales, responsible for managing a defined group of members and ensuring their needs are met during gamedays and events.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or graduate degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience in premium service or sales, or similar role
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online survey tools
  • Experience using Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft/Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Responsibilities

  • Successfully meet retention goals by proactively offering benefits, fostering Member loyalty, and creating lifelong memories
  • Manage client touchpoint plan which includes phone calls, emails, text, Facebook discussions, in-stadium seat visits, and interactions at special events
  • Proactively communicate with Club Season Ticket Members, being an expert on all products, benefits, and services
  • Assist during gamedays to ensure an exceptional experience for all ticketed guests, including ticket resolution and managing service standards in Club spaces
  • Assist with Season Ticket Member events, including organizing the event, setup, check-in, and operations
  • Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth account transition from sale completion to the Club Service team
  • Accurately enter all touchpoints and client profile information in the CRM system for reporting and account relationship purposes
  • Meet periodically with manager to provide updates on service activity, event recaps, touchpoint campaigns, and account management
  • Assist with the creation of the client communication strategy and monitor all external communication channels for accurate and timely responses

Benefits

  • Salary range of $66,600 - $69,000/yr.
