The Clinical Equipment and Supply Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's clinical field operations by ensuring that all clinical teams have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform their work effectively and without interruption. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of clinical equipment, from intake and refurbishment through ongoing maintenance, certification, and emergency deployment, as well as the timely fulfillment and tracking of supply orders across all markets. In addition to operational duties, the Clinical Equipment and Supply Specialist maintains accurate records and participates in inventory reporting initiatives to support organizational transparency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance.
