The Campus Store Specialist ensures exemplary customer service is provided to NTC students, staff, and the public. The Campus Store Specialist assists with the purchasing and merchandising of general merchandise both in-store and via the Campus Store website. This position also plans and executes store promotions, maintains product listings on the ecommerce site, assists with the training and development of student employees, and coordinates web order fulfillment and shipping software.
