About The Position

Responsible for transferring materials from/to bulk trucks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Following Bulk Transfer Instructions: Read and meticulously follow instructions provided on the bulk transfer sheet. Log lot numbers accurately to maintain traceability. Material Preparation: Identify the correct materials required for transfer. Retrieve the necessary items and prepare the transfer area. Safety and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safety, integrity, and product quality. Promptly recognize and report any safety issues related to products or equipment. Independent Work and Team Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Foster good work habits and consistently follow established processes. Equipment Maintenance: Keep transfer equipment operational by: Following operating instructions. Troubleshooting breakdowns. Requesting repairs when needed. Communication and Dependability: Be a team player with strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance as per company policy.

Requirements

Ability to operate a standup forklift
Ability operate a RF scan gun
Ability to focus and stay on task
Basic math skills
Capability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Adaptability to change
Willingness to wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, and dust mask.
Ability to pass the respirator fit test
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years of manufacturing transfer experience
Light computer work; printing labels, using internal systems, etc…
