The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Benefits is to support the Corporate Benefits function with administrative tasks related to all benefit plans as well as being the primary contact for employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance and execution of all benefit administration responsibilities. Responsibilities will include vendor billing, FSA substantiation and taxation, responding accurately and concisely to employee inquiries on all benefit related topics, as well as support benefits initiatives like open enrollment and wellness campaigns. Able to effectively communicate complex benefit and LOA topics in an engaging and concise manner. Must work well independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is highly attentive to detail. In addition, the Specialist should work well in a collaborative team environment and can build and maintain strong relationships with all departments and employees. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
