About The Position
The Specialist, Benefits is responsible for overseeing the performance of benefit carriers for health, welfare, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate administration of these plans. This role also manages occupational and non-occupational leave benefits to minimize employee absence and corporate expenses, acting in the absence of the Benefits Manager.
