About the role: As a Specialist, Application Integration, you will help deliver application installation, configuration, and deployment services for multiple applications at Westinghouse. The primary responsibilities for this position will be a technical administrator of applications in the Westinghouse portfolio. You will report to the Supervisor, Application Integration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role. Three days a week in office and two remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of support in an application environment
- Evaluate complex data and multiple perspectives to make informed, and well-reasoned decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team's ticket queue to resolve incidents and perform operational tasks. Be the initial contact for related issues and concerns from clients and employees.
- Support the installation/upgrades of applications, including patches and major releases of custom developed and COTS software.
- Create knowledge articles for supported applications.
- Create documentation for all procedures.
- Collaborate with Information Technology teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations.
- The primary responsibilities of this position occur during business hours, however there is some evening and weekend work related to projects, planned maintenance, and on-call support.
