About The Position

This position involves overseeing security alarm systems, monitoring alerts, and responding in real-time to ensure the safety and security of associates and facilities. This role will be on site in Bentonville AR. Third Shift - 10 pm to 6:30 am CST.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clear and efficient communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with security or CCTV systems (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Alarm operations, alarm licensing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Investigate alarms and alert appropriate authorities (security patrols, fire services, or police).
• Assist associates with safety or security events.
• Monitor travel safety and security for assigned associates.
• Conduct reviews of multiple systems to detect potential risks.
• Coordinate corporate responses to safety/security events through advisories.
• Compile daily and incident reports.
• Follow company policies for managing incidents from minor issues to global crises.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
