Job Summary: Responsible for driving the interactive process for assigned reasonable medical and religious accommodation requests for Team Members. Additionally, will serve as a liaison between Team Members and key partners (including Talent & Culture, Legal, EHS, Health Services, Workers Compensation, Operations Leadership, and third-party leave administrator). This position also works to ensure compliance with applicable leave and accommodation laws and maintains employee leave and accommodation files and documentation.
