Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills in Sales, Sales Reporting, and Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Administer sales reports and client activity for Product Sales Support team.
  • Provide analytical and statistical support and prepare standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections and other management reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track, verify and report data for the Sales team to support sales initiatives including sales incentives and contests.
  • Respond to and resolve basic account calls and/or escalate non-technical issues for all accounts to the Product Sales Support Supervisor.
  • Receive agreements from product sales team and enter the information into databases.
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing and IT to provide insight-driven and actionable database query requirements.
  • Maintain current information on Comcast products, services, equipment and marketing promotions.
  • Conduct clerical research which requires an understanding of departmental programs, policies and procedures.
  • Research, process and manage customer escalations.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
