Under Government oversight and direction, functions as the SCI Program Manager and oversees the special security office. Oversees and enforces SCI administrative, information, personnel, physical, and communications security rules. Responsible for the initial and continued accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) in compliance with the standards established by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for SCIFs. Serves as Special Access Programs (SAP) security manager for the Organization. Serves as the Classified Control Officer for the Organization. Responsible for training Special Security Representatives. Functions as the Organization's TEMPEST Control Officer. Serves as the program manager for the Organization's Industrial Security Program (ISP). Establishes policies and procedures for the management and oversight of the Organization's ISP in accordance with the DOD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and reviews and inspects DD Form 254 for all contracts.
