Requirements

• Must possess an Active New Jersey SORA License and Driver's License
• 3-5 Years of Security Experience preferred
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable coverage across multiple client sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, quickly adapting to different post orders, environments and security requirements
• Support staffing needs by filling last minute call outs, demonstrating flexibility and dependability under shifting schedules
• Conduct patrols, access control, and incident reporting in alignment with each site's specific procedures
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
