What You Will Do Own high-impact operational domains end-to-end, focusing on workflows that directly impact care delivery and revenue Analyze and map complex real-world processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements Drive prioritization of operational initiatives that determine how the business scales and which patients can be served Partner with clinicians, operators, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and optimize execution Build systems and processes that improve the economics and performance of care delivery Lead special projects across operations, product, and strategy in a fast-paced, evolving environment Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term operating model and growth strategy
