The role is designed for a strategic and operationally minded individual who will be the first to hold this position, working closely with Global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to enhance clarity, alignment, and execution of critical initiatives. The individual will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and senior leaders to ensure informed decision-making and actionable plans across various GTM initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and facilitating discussions among leadership.

  • Act as the connective tissue between GTM and Product teams to ensure robust and actionable feedback loops.
  • Surface and facilitate strategic discussions between GTM leadership and the CCO on key topics.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic planning initiatives, confidential projects, and strategy documentation.
  • Translate high-level directives into coherent strategies and actionable plans, refining inputs as necessary.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Revenue Partnerships, Growth, Revenue Operations, and Developer Relations for a unified GTM approach.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure and clarity to undefined environments.
  • Self-sufficient and dependable, building trust through integrity and consistent results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain strategic insight and shape narratives for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into actionable insights for executives.
