Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead on complex or specialty plumbing projects
  • Proven ability to manage non-standard scopes and fast-moving project environments
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and field layouts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and safety

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute special projects, including complex installs, remodels, tenant build-outs, and fast-paced or high-priority jobs
  • Interpret drawings, specs, and field conditions to problem-solve and adapt in real time
  • Serve as the field leader and key point of contact between project management, customers, and field teams
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling to meet tight deadlines and evolving scopes
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with commercial plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting for labor, materials, and project progress
  • Mentor and develop plumbers, helping elevate skill levels across the team
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, especially in sensitive or occupied environments
