Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead on complex or specialty plumbing projects
Proven ability to manage non-standard scopes and fast-moving project environments
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
OSHA 30-hour certification required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and field layouts
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Highly motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and safety

Responsibilities

Lead and execute special projects, including complex installs, remodels, tenant build-outs, and fast-paced or high-priority jobs
Interpret drawings, specs, and field conditions to problem-solve and adapt in real time
Serve as the field leader and key point of contact between project management, customers, and field teams
Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling to meet tight deadlines and evolving scopes
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with commercial plumbing codes and safety standards
Conduct jobsite safety inspections and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate and timely reporting for labor, materials, and project progress
Mentor and develop plumbers, helping elevate skill levels across the team
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, especially in sensitive or occupied environments
