About The Position

The Special Projects Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all projects are well executed and organized to meet and exceed the company standard. This position requires a flexible schedule, as jobs may need to be completed at a moment’s notice, necessitating schedule adjustments. The role involves long hours and various physical activities including walking, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, driving, climbing stairs, and assembling/disassembling equipment. The supervisor must ensure safety at all times and use protective gear to safeguard against exposure to chemicals and other potentially hazardous conditions.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no criminal history.
• Must have a good driving record with proof from DMV.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are executed and organized to meet company standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate last-minute job requests.
• Oversee hard floor work including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, and polishing.
• Manage carpet cleaning tasks such as spot cleaning, bonnet cleaning, and extraction cleaning.
• Coordinate construction cleaning and general cleaning tasks in vacant buildings.
• Perform exterior cleaning including pressure washing and trash pickup.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are available and in working condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.
• Complete administrative tasks including work order paperwork and scheduling.
• Manage laundry supplies and assist with laundering as needed.
