About The Position

We are seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to support the VP of Operations in the Houston, TX market. 90% remote & 10% working out of our Houston, TX office located at 1809 Humble Place Dr, Humble, TX 77532

Requirements

  • 2+ year(s) of administrative support, office support or related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to work from a home office, or TAK office (depending on location)
  • Ability to work independently, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing telephones, smart phones and headsets
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations and team in the TX market
  • Pull, prepare, and send reoccurring reports and documents (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.)
  • Access, input and manage data in various systems and files
  • Process, track and expedite the satisfactory and timely completion of projects and new requests
  • Pull data and compile reports using tools such as Penguin Data and client systems
  • Act as liaison between operational team and peripheral departments as needed
  • Actively participate in department initiatives
  • Participate and represent VP on client calls, taking notes, asking questions and answering questions
  • Support VP on administrative functions such as calendaring, scheduling and attending meetings with clients and internal leaders
  • Other duties as assigned
