About The Position

Plans, tracks, and maintains documentation of project plans. Develops and edits PowerPoint presentations. Coordinates proposals for new clients. Designs, develops and maintains a specialized tracking process for all clients. Composes, revises and edits a variety of correspondence, reports, presentations and informational materials. Provides departmental administration services. Work occurs in a complex office environment which may require extended periods of sitting at a computer.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years experience in fast paced healthcare office environment required
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email and calendar management, Teams, Deem, Workday, Qgenda, Epic

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
