About The Position
This is a highly responsible position which is charged with assisting the Director of Motorist Services with the implementation of driver license services and the administration of motor vehicle compliance program at the Miami-Dade Office of the Tax Collector. This position requires a highly organized individual who can coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of services. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to driver license services and vehicle compliance, preparing reports and presentations for the Director, and handling customer inquiries to resolve any issues.
