Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or sales management in a contact center or inside sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly LeadPerfection and Five9, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Commitment to compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly LeadPerfection and Five9, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Rehash, Cancel-Save, and Virtual Sales lead generation campaigns for high conversion rates.
  • Contact Sat, Not Sold (SNS) leads to offer strategic pricing adjustments.
  • Re-engage canceled sales with tailored offers to win back customers.
  • Utilize Five9 tools—SMS, text, chat, email, creative messaging— to maximize engagement.
  • Negotiate on canceled sales to identify effective price points while ensuring profitability.
  • Set qualified virtual leads for the virtual sales team aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage lead curation in Lead Perfection, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights as a feedback liaison to improve field sales outcomes.
  • Contribute to playbook development and optimize long-term campaigns.
