Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region’s only EMCO program and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school in Radiologic Technology
- Upon completion of an accredited radiology program, the employee will have 90 days to become ARRT registered and licensed through the Texas Medical Board.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Registered in VI within 2 yrs. of hire.
- 2 yrs. in Diagnostic Radiography.
- 2 yrs. Cath lab experience.
Responsibilities
- Performs interventional, diagnostic and/or therapeutic radiology procedures for all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) by utilizing ionizing radiation and other imaging modalities in order to aid in the diagnoses and treatment of disease.
- Employees will be subject to overtime and call back as required by hospital.
