About The Position
Special Needs Assistants implement behavioral training programs by using modeling and positive reinforcements during transitional periods and assist with daily activities. This role is essential in providing support to individuals with developmental, emotional, and/or physical impairments, ensuring they can participate fully in their daily lives and community activities.
