About The Position

As an Early Intervention Instructor or Developmentalist, you will have the chance to work directly with children from birth to age three. This position provides opportunity for flexibility while building a patient caseload, with the goal to work one-on-one with families in person or virtually. Parents and caregivers are coached through interventions based on daily routines and the child’s natural setting. Teammates have unique opportunities to collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals while following an individualized Family Service Plan. Requirements

  • Obtained Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Studies, or Early Childhood Development.
  • Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing).
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children from birth through age three and their families.
  • Use a coaching model to empower parents to provide needed supports and techniques.
  • Provide services in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community.
  • Build a patient caseload with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals.
  • Follow an individualized Family Service Plan.
