As the Special Events Manager, you will manage all incoming leads via Open Table, telephone, email and other channels; assists with managing event software. You will close deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needs, manage annual sales goals for selected restaurants by booking group events, seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking events to procure new business, build guest loyalty and book repeat business, communicate with the service team all event details, partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectives, book small to large events and prioritize tasks efficiently, and work on-site to build a solid team atmosphere.
