The Special Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, including casino marketing programs, sponsorship activations, and property-level experiences. This role also supports cross-property and corporate events, ensuring that each program is delivered at the highest standards of quality and service. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior events experience required.
• Experience with casino events preferred.
• Strong background in on-site judgment and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of event planning and execution, including scheduling, production meetings, décor, audiovisual, staffing, compliance, set-up, and strike.
• Act as the primary liaison for management, staff, vendors, guests, and internal departments—resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication.
• Provide on-site event management to guarantee proper timing, execution, and customer service.
• Oversee event budgets, including projecting, tracking, and reconciling expenses.
• Collaborate with creative partners to deliver tailored design and service solutions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and support strategic initiatives that enhance event offerings.
