About The Position

The Special Events Intern will assist the Special Events Team by performing a wide range of tasks and functions to ensure best in class services at Gillette Stadium. This role will also support the International department on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of prior work experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written
  • Able to effectively plan ahead
  • Strong team player orientation and customer focus
  • May be required to work flexible hours including weekends, nights and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in sports and entertainment interest, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of Gillette Stadium events by coordinating event day logistics and performing event day roles as assigned.
  • Set up and participate in event planning meetings and post event debrief meetings
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders throughout the event including before, during and after.
  • Assist with recording and maintaining an event to-do list in partnership with the Special Events Coordinator.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of events
  • Assist International Business Senior Manager with projects supporting international business.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
