Requirements

Must have consistent weekday morning/afternoon and weekend availability year-round
Required attendance at weekly team meeting every Wednesday from 3:45pm–5:00pm
Must be able to commit long-term (not seasonal or short-term employment)
Reliable transportation required
You love having fun, giving high-fives, and can play like a kid
You live to serve — making others feel good makes you feel good
Kids really like you… and their parents really like you too
You bring positive energy but also know when to be structured and professional
You are dependable, communicative, and comfortable leading groups independently

Nice To Haves

A background in child development, education, coaching, or fitness is a big plus!
