  • Overseeing all property events from conception to completion, including large special events and small private events.
  • Assisting in facilitating banquet contracts, event calendars, event worksheets, and department ordering.
  • Assisting in the formulation of theme, format, and budget specifications for specific promotions.
  • Executing all marketing events and promotions.
  • Ensuring that promotion/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies and decorations.
  • Recovering items at the conclusion of promotions/events.
  • Maintaining accurate recording of event files and expenditures.
  • Charting budget variances and submitting to the Promotions Manager.
  • Disseminating information about events and promotions to all impacted operating departments.
  • Interfacing with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all events.
  • Performing clerical duties as needed.
  • Maintaining security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists.
  • Establishing effective working relationships with all operating departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Six (6) months of experience in promotions, special events or public relations required, or the equivalent combination of education and or experience.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must present a well groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work harmoniously with co-workers.
  • Must have an eye for detail.
  • Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
