About The Position
The Special Events Coordinator at Adams County is responsible for managing facility rentals and coordinating a wide range of events at the Riverdale Regional Park. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution while supporting the Parks, Open Space & Cultural Arts Department's mission to enhance community quality of life. The coordinator will handle up to 1,800 events annually, including weddings, corporate receptions, and cultural activities, while also assisting with liquor and food management for events.
