About The Position

Now hiring two Elementary Autism Support Teachers in Fauquier County, VA Framework is partnering with Fauquier County Public Schools to hire two Elementary Autism Support Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with students in a small, supportive classroom environment with eight students and three teachers. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact each day—helping students build communication, social, and academic skills in a structured and nurturing setting. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure
Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive
Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required
Visual and auditory acuity to meet the needs of students
