About The Position
Framework is partnering with Fauquier County Public Schools to hire two Elementary Autism Support Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with students in a small, supportive classroom environment with eight students and three teachers. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact each day—helping students build communication, social, and academic skills in a structured and nurturing setting. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills

Responsibilities
- Providing individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism
- Implementing and tracking IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and service providers
- Using evidence-based strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence
