About The Position

The Desire Company is looking for passionate Chicago-based Special Education Teachers to engage in paid brand partnerships with leading brands and retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to create impactful content that supports product development and enhances resources for other educators and parents. Project Overview: Filming Location: Chicago, IL (local teachers preferred) Time on Set: Approximately 3-5 hours (half-day; subject to change) Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project Pay: Starting at $1,500 Key Responsibilities: Provide expert insight on educational tools, resources, and products designed for special education. Participate in a pre-production call to discuss project objectives, brand alignment, and expectations. Collaborate with the production team during filming to showcase products effectively. Share recommendations based on your professional experience in working with students with diverse needs. How It Works: Once you express interest, we will introduce you to various brand partners for potential collaboration. If chosen, we’ll arrange a pre-production call to align on project goals before moving into the filming phase. Requirements

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of educational theories, practices, and tools that support special needs learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting complex information in an engaging manner.
  • Must be located in the Chicago area.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in media production or public speaking is a plus.
