You’ll: Help students reach their personal learning goals and celebrate their progress Create a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment Support and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Use strategies tailored to students with complex sensory, behavioral, and communication needs Lead with kindness and clarity, guiding and collaborating with paraprofessionals in your room Why Elim?
