Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in the Eugene, OR area. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
- Active Oregon Special Education Teacher license
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
