About The Position

Join a supportive elementary community known for strong collaboration and inclusive programming. Lead a substantially separate ABA based classroom serving young learners with Autism while working closely with BCBAs, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support meaningful growth through the full school year.

Requirements

• Massachusetts teaching license in Moderate Disabilities or Severe Disabilities.
• Experience supporting students with Autism and ABA based programming.
• Comfort with discrete trial instruction, behavior plans, and structured routines.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and IEP management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support students in a structured ABA classroom grades one through three.
• Implement discrete trial instruction, behavior plans, and whole group academics.
• Provide direct instruction, small group work, and 1:1 interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with paras, specialists, and general education for specials participation.
• Manage IEPs for the full classroom including goals, services, meetings, and documentation.
• Maintain data, behavior tracking, and consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in after school meetings one to two times per month.
