Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
• Valid MA Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .
• Oversee a student caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages growth and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and consistent communication with families and school staff.
