About The Position

Special Education Teacher – 2025–2026 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in the Colonial Heights, VA area! We offer full-time, in-person opportunities and are open to both experienced educators and recent graduates ready to make an impact. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field
Eligibility for Virginia Collegiate Professional teaching license, with an endorsement in Special Education
Strong commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices
