Oversee a consistent caseload of approximately 20 students, predominantly supporting those with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) and Developmental Delays (DD). Design and implement individualized strategies that ensure diverse learners access the general education curriculum while meeting their specific Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Partner with a dedicated team of educators to maintain a high-expectations environment, contributing to academic rigor and student empowerment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement
  • Prior experience delivering evidence-based interventions for literacy and numeracy at the elementary or middle school level
