ESY-Special Education Teachers (multiple vacancies)
About The Position
Position: Special Education Teacher Extended Day-ESY Qualifications: Proper Connecticut teacher certification in Special Education (065, 112, or 113) required; extensive experience with developmentally disabled children and autism spectrum disorder, preferred. Responsibilities: Provide small and whole group instruction, work collaboratively with related service provider, progress monitor progress toward goals and objectives, complete progress reports at the completion of ESY, case management. Terms of Employment: Position will begin on July 1, 2026 and end July 23, 2026 Monday through Thursday of 8:30 am-2:30pm Salary in accordance with Agreement Between The Board of Education And The Avon Education Association $51.11/hr
