Special Education Teacher (Grades 7-12) - Full Time Location: Woodlyn Campus - Delaware County, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Salary: Starting at $42,000 annually Teach Special Education with Support, Balance, and Purpose Small Groups. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education (or closely related field)
• Special education certification preferred; ability to obtain private special ed. Teaching certification accepted
• Experience working with middle and/or high school students
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and student-centered in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 and small-group instruction to students in grades 7-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings with families and team members
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administration
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth in a structured, respectful environment
